Filmscape Chicago is thrilled to announce our first-ever Youth Day on Friday, June 20th!
Designed to inspire and empower the next generation of filmmakers, this special event will offer a full day of hands-on filmmaking and technical workshops, presented by experienced Chicago-area professionals and artists, developed specifically for young filmmakers aged 14-20.
Whether you're an aspiring director, cinematographer, editor, or sound designer, Youth Day will provide invaluable insight into the art and craft of filmmaking.
Hosted at the beautiful CineCity Studios, this completely free event is open to both individual participants and established youth programs. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with working professionals, gain practical experience with industry-standard equipment, and connect with other young creatives who share their passion for film.
